We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Paypal, direct bank transfer (via Zelle), and credit card.

A minimum of $500 is imposed on wedding cake/desserts and a minimum of $150 for custom designed celebration cakes/desserts.

Our cake deliveries are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. In these instances, your cake may need to be picked up from our studio instead. We will discuss the options with you based on our availability. We usually deliver our cakes on the day of the event and will arrange a time with you or your planner/venue coordinator, to ensure it is set-up correctly. Delivery cost is based on location.

If you'd like to try our cakes/desserts before ordering, we offer tasting in the forms of 1) take away box to serves two for $50 2) in studio consultation (60 mins) + tasting for $95. Either service to include a sampling of 6 items of client’s own pick. Tasting service is by appointment only. Please inquire about availability.

In the event that your special event is months (or a year) away, you can hold the date with a booking fee. This fee is applicable to your order total if booked with us, nonrefundable and nontransferable if decided not to move forward.

The retainer payment, either in the form of RSVP fee or 50% deposit, is non-refundable. The payment is transferable to another event within six (6) months of our receipt of your retainer payment, entirely at our discretion and dependent on our availability. If you wish to cancel your order with us outright, we must receive notification of your intent to cancel your order in writing. If we receive an order cancellation request less than two weeks prior to your event date, the balance payment is non-refundable.
